Taking over command of fire team and showing initiative and eye for terrain in forming assault on enemy positions. Taking out a machine gun team that was impeding progress of unit by exposing himself to fire and rushing the position.

Though I appreciate that a commendation for one's self is highly irregular I Feel that saving the life of 2Lt Nieugoy as he floated unconscious at the bottom of the river deserves mention and I'm unaware that anyone else was near the boats to have seen.

Great efforts in interpreting and executing the officer's orders.

Dedicated attempts to heard Marines, which are worse than cats, away from wondering off over the AO.

Used improvised explosives at close range to blow a hole in enemy defences with little regard for his own safety, being wounded in the application of said device and continuing the fight whilst wounded to breach enemy defensive line. JCB was then instrumental in restoring several vehicles that posed significant threat to both air and land operations during the mission.

for excellent effective fire during multiple engagements

Strong pointed the initial attack on the first bridge contact. Engaging several enemy and neutralising the last infantry north of the bridge as she charged under fire across the road and cleared out the remnants of the squad. Already wounded she proceeded to hold the bridge and suppress enemy forces on the far bank allowing a highly effective napalm run to wipe out the last contacts.

This is a general commendation for solid performance across a number of operations. Beltfed has adapted well to operating within EGR, and has tempered her initial independent streak with esprit d'corps meaning that command elements can generally rely on her to always be in a position to employ her weapon system to the greatest effect, even if that is perhaps not the position originally instructed. Beltfed's presence in the squad is a true force multiplier and she can be relied upon to act in the squad's best interest using the information available to her. Her absolute unwillingness to die in the face of overwhelming enemy force is also a big plus.

When rest of unit was casualties, managed to get word out to a medivac in order for lives to be saved and the mission continued.

For great work on the Main boat gun throughout mission.

Expertly piloted the gunboat through several ambushes, when disembarking Burger Boy held of a Chelt push until Yellow team became combat effective and drove back the attack. On assaulting point Troy, Burgerboy flanked an emplaced position and destroyed it allowing the squad push to sweep over the enemy position. Burgerboy then bravely counter attacked the enemy FAQ allowing EGR to destroy several weapon systems before withdrawing to the boat and continuing on mission.

For some being a great temporary buddy during one of the infantry assaults after we both lost the rest of the squad.

Maintained medical treatment on multiple severely wounded marines whilst under direct fire from an rocket battery. Bungalows actions prevented several deaths and when they eventually were rendered unconscious due to their wounds, they were surrounded by marines they were treating even as the ordnance came down on them.

General commendation for performance across multiple operations. Bungalow's calm demeanor and steadfast approach to the care of those under his charge has turned the tide of battle on numerous occasions even while others were reduced to inaction through panic.
Bungalow has often been able to provide insight a d wisdom beyond the scope of his role, offering great support to command elements. It should also be noted that his efforts to improve comms brevity are evident, since such improvement should not go unremarked given the improvement to combat efficiency provided by it.

Top effort as pointman, making sure he exploded first so the rest of us didn't have to.

This is general commendation for consistent performance across numerous operations.

In spite Of Gucci's inability to distinguish between officers and and the working class, Gucci has demonstrated great potential as a team leader. On a number of occasions he has stepped up to lead his fire team calmly and effectively under fire.
Further to this, Gucci has displayed great talent as a pointman, able to navigate the squad through difficult terrain while balancing to tempo and cohesion. He may well be the prophesied one who brings balance to blue and yellow, hence my recommendation for promotion here as a step to making him truly green.
