Operation: Op Pure Pie - Endgame Red conducted riverine operations through the Cheltenham river system, engaging targets of opportunity and enemy concentrations, along with destroying several fortified positions controlling the river valleys.
Medal: Navy and Marine Corps Commendation
Reason: AWARDED Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat V (NMCCM-V) for actions during riverbank clearances as part of Operation Pure Pie. CA JCB used improvised explosives at close range to blast an entry point through an enemy defensive line, exposing himself to enemy fire to do so. (by Admin)
Commendation: Used improvised explosives at close range to blow a hole in enemy defences with little regard for his own safety, being wounded in the application of said device and continuing the fight whilst wounded to breach enemy defensive line. JCB was then instrumental in restoring several vehicles that posed significant threat to both air and land operations during the mission. - by Admin

Operation: Op Pink Bush - Hold the village of Bo Lieu on the river, with small detours to rescue the ambulance and save allies.
Medal: Navy and Marine Corps Commendation (1 Gold Star)
Reason: AWARDED Star to their Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat V (NMCCM-V) for valor in casualty recovery operations during assignment to the Bo Lieu medical station as part of Operation Pink Bush. SA JCB demonstrated exceptional initiative and a high degree of skill in creative solutions under fire while surrounded by Kok. He displayed both boldness and stamina, repeatedly inserting himself deep into Kok under heavy pressure. With tight access points and intense resistance from all sides, they nevertheless maintained control, performed multiple extractions with steady hands, and ensured every last individual pulled out. Their tireless ability to keep it together while knee-deep in Kok, navigating muddy terrain and explosive situations, reflects great credit upon themselves and the United States Armed Forces. Operation: Op Practicing Sphinx - Check the collection of bridges all along the river for explosives, defuse them, and run away.
Commendation: Often under fire, and usually in time critical situations, JCB defused several explosive devices of various styles and complexities, often having to construct working platforms to successfully complete his objectives. Without his skills and several instances of his quick thinking and improvisation, the mission would have been a failure. - by Admin

Operation: Op Sorghum Evening - After some training on defensive and offensive driving, EGR were tasked with a recovery operation to secure General Westmoreland's Yacht, which had been stolen for ransom by Chelt Cong guerillas. Fighting off both waves of Chelt and opportunistic helicopter pilots who were attempting to seize the glory of the recovery for themselves, EGR held the line until the errant vessel could be winched out and returned to Saigon, supporting the preservation of the free world by ensuring the General once again had someone to store his mistresses.

Operation: Op Tweet Value - EGR infils into hostile territory using boats and mini-subs. Their mission is simple sneak past the defenses along the river and at Nalao, then, sneak into the fortified compound at Kouthi. In that compound was the Political Leader of the local Chelt Cong network, and he needed to be removed. Permanently.

Commendation: CN JCB noticed Cpl Gucci had managed to, due to unforseen circumstances, be on fire. Using quick thinking and initiative, the CN picked up the Cpl and, without any regard for his own safety, doused them in the river. This extinguished the flames, and neither of them contracted disintry. Excellent medical thinking. - by Admin

Operation: Op Shiny Publication - Defend the bunkers on the hill just down from C'rtoonh from enemy incursions, including a mortar camp just over the hill, tuk tuks resupplying rocket artillery, and a flame tank.
Commendation: Lovely job of building defences, but also satchel charging the tank, and constantly looking out for injured team members. USMC MVP for the mission, even if he's a dirty squid. - by Admin

Operation: Op Golden Tuba - Defend the hillside from the Chelt army, with reinforcements from the US Army and USAF. Bruce builds a giant dong.
Commendation: At great risk to himself, JCB constructed a fort from sandbags while under constant enemy fire, which enabled us to hold a bastion in which we could resupply, provide medical aid, and defend the members of the press corps who were shot down while coming to interview the brave heroes of CheltNam. The man did not stop building for a moment, giving a complex and well fortified structure we could use as a base. - by Admin
