Operation: Op Pumped Bezier - Retake Mouang Nong Airfield, by clearing out remaining fire control radar(s) and SAM sites. Northern end of airfield and rock of pilots cleared.

Medal: Silver Star Medal

Reason: Awarded Silver Star for actions in repelling determined enemy counterattacks in the recapture of Mouang Nong Airfield, not just at the initial phase but also during the defense at the north end of the runway and also during the evacuation of the AO and medevac liftoff. He frequently exposed himself to enemy guns in order to silence them and break the will of the enemy. (by Admin)

This was seen not just at the initial phase but also during the defense at the north end of the runway and also during the evacuation of the AO and medevac liftoff. Commendation: He was completely fucked when I found him bleeding on the ground, bleeding from wverywhere and wound lists off the bottom of the page for at elast one location, and yet, the sheer number of Chelt corpses he was surrounded by. I'm half surprised they didn't cound as a fortified position in and of themselves given the number and depth of them. - by Admin
