Radical exercised very effective platoon leadership on this mission, wielding his fireteams like a scalpel to pin and flank. In particular he rapidly and flexibly responded to mass casualty events, adjusting his plan on the fly and making effective use of support assets.

Excelent work supporting myself and the other medic, there were some really tight situation but i feel we kept ontop of it suitably

Ammo sharing when I was down to Spoon, multiple times.

Consistently precise use of mortars and artillery to suppress and blind the enemy during multiple occassions, chiefly during the first failed assault on the enemy encampment and resulting medical treatment.

Scatters calling in of artillery and air strikes at point in the mission were craitical in the success of the operation.

Showing superb leadership skills, leading with courage and an eye for terrain. Bacon did an excellent job of leading a fire team. He manoeuvred his squad well, flanking enemy concentrations and providing overwatch. At one point Baconw as required to disengage his fire team and withdraw under extreme pressure. He did so with skill. Potential NCO.

For Taking the initiative to carpet bomb a key location and supress enemy forces long enough for Medical to deal with wounded and reinstate force organisation and the continuation of the mission

Follow his actions during this operation it is my opinion that the Major's talents are utterly wasted on the airforce. Major Scatter demonstrated exception skill at arms throughout the operation, using his strange smg to great effect. I personally witnessed him neutralise a number of chelt with great accuracy and aggression, more befitting a member of God's own service. However, it is his actions towards the end of the operation I must specifically commend. The squad had become pinned during an assault on an SA2 position by a previously unseen enemy force who were dug in at the top of a steep hill. I moved to engage this enemy position to buy the squad time to regroup, that's nothing special its what I'm meant to do, however, The Major the stated that he was coming with me to assault the enemy position, and confirmed he understood the risk and likelihood of success. Major Scatter the assaulted the position in a manner that would have made Chesty proud, continuing the action after I became injured in the fight and coordinating with other squad members. Truly a marine's airman.

Accurate and timely control of artillery/air assets to support several assaults against enemy fortifications, shield EGR withdrawal from enemy QRF. Scatter acted with courage in putting himself in harms way to accurately guide ordnance onto target and utilised non-standard (for mission) air assets to screen the withdrawal of the squad after mission completion. Scatter also commited to close action assaults, at one point being engaged at close range by enemy guided ordnance as the squad assaulted a heavily defended SA2 position.

Called in mortar suppressing fire allowing several unit casualties to be recovered and preventing an enemy counterattack forming.

Chaos saved us so many times on this mission. 'Blue Team, flank right' was the order of the day, and the order was good. Led from the front, took the initiative, kicked ass and took names. What a guy.

HM3 Bungalow saved my life twice during this mission; on both occasions I was exposed to observe for mortar fire missions and was seriously wounded by enemy gunfire. Bungalow retained situational awareness, extracted my body from the line of fire and provided immediate and effective treatment.

Co-ordinating medical effectively. Reacting to major casualty incidents in a timely manner and this saving lives/keeping EGR on mission. Due to mission demands and highly vigilant enemy QRF it was imperative that EGR remained mobile. Bungalow's actions shortened the time EGR had to remain static due to casualty treatment allowing for tempo to be maintained and the squad to remain mobile
