Close Air Operations in support of Op Limp Info

SEA ROGUE: 2-ship flight of Navy A-6 Intruders, each with 12 Mk82 500lb bombs. Employed in repeated single-bomb strikes against forces massing NW of Objective Alpha, then in four-bomb strikes to destroy a number of BTR-40s and suppress enemy-held areas of jungle.

MAINYARD DRUID: 2-ship flight of Navy A-4 Skyhawks, each with [a lot of] Hydra rockets. Employed in two short rocket runs against infantry massing W of Objective Alpha, them dumped their remaining (AP) rockets onto an attacking tank.

PYTHON DINNER: 1-ship flight of USAF F-100 Super Saber with Snakeye and Napalm. Employed to destroy the armoured train with Snakeye. Alas, no gun pods so couldn't murder the Mi-2 for us. Didn't get around to using their napalm.

CARIBOU BRAVO: 2-ship flight of F-4 Phantoms, with Snakeye, napalm and (somehow) a single Phoenix AAM each. Arrived too late to save us from the MiG or the Mi-2, but napalmed the ever living crap out of Chelts attacking the southern bank of Objective Alpha from the West, then followed up with Snakeye. Kent put down one million napalm on and around the platoon, and Jazz followed up with Snakeye somewhere.

SEDGWICK HEAVY: 4-ship flight of B-52 Stratofortress, each armed with 50 Mk84 2000lb blockbusters. Employed danger close in four sequential linear runs to depopulate the jungle North and East of 1 Plt's position during their extraction. Glorious. Commanded by the lunatic Capt Samuel 'Hank' THUNDERBOLT Studebaker.
