Commendations
Clear leadership, kept the squad moving and judged the level of brifing well. Also let me just get on with comms which is sometimes lacking from command. A+ would follow onto a chopper again.
Precision piloting under fire to and extreme bravery to extract team members under heavy assault from a hot LZ, while sustaining injuries.
Diligent contruction of defensible positions without oversight, and being dumb enough to give up her seat on the medivac helo to save 9-1-1 of all people.
Absolutely ripper landings every time. This guy should fly us everywhere! Heaps of air support and all that, too. Would fly Sgt Tracks taxi service again.
Some very nice flying, especially under fire and with confined LZs. Good clear radio comms throughout, good level and clarity of updates.
Bonzer leadership, as ever. Nice and clear instructions, kept us together, kept us moving, picked up 19/20 casualties. Pretty damn good, nahyeah?

An operation in five parts. Or two parts with subparts, whichever.
Part the First: Support the Avon River Valley Nationalists;
a) Tasked to support local troops defending a burnt out village, Endgame Red and friends were transported by Slick to a nearby field, taking small arms fire on the way. Small arms fire continued with some of the squad making a break for the village, with the others providing covering fire. Once all had made it off the LZ those with spades started building perimeter defences to the South and West, and soon enough these defences were pressed by the Chelt. Several attack waves were repulsed with the air of a CAS helo before all was once again calm.
b) While pulling back to the LZ word came through of another friendly village under attack, and the squad was tasked with clearing the rock base the hosiles were believed to be inhabiting. Enemy heavy weaponry in the area made htings a little spicy, and it was a hard fight to get to the rock itself to being the assault. Air Support confirmed the heavy weaponry was mounted on the rock and it was soon taken out before the remaining defenders inside the rock were neutralised. It seems they managed to get word out though, as a hositile guntruck was spotted entering the vicinity which caused a lot of chaos until Pvt Leroy and LCpl Torpex combined to take it out. The area neutralised it was time to RTB for a new tasking.
Part the Second: Support the 4077th MASH unit with MedEvacs;
a) Transfering by road to the local medica station the Squad were ambushed but managed to drive through it, taking out some of their attackers as they sped by. Upon arriving though they were quickly dispatched in to medical helos to evaucate five casualties from a PoW camp that was under attack. The firist helo, carrying most of the squad, crashed during a hot landing, but no casualties were taken, and the ground troops moved to aid the defenders and locate the casualties as the second helo came in. With the casualties quickly located and send back the squad waited for the helos return, repulsed another attack wave, then exfilled when the surviving helo returned.
b) Staying on the ground long enough for some quick medical attention and a reload it was once again back on the choppers. The target this time was the village of Pac Ha, where hositle forces were attacking the local garrison, and casualties had been reported. Under heavy fire the helos landed in a field outside the village, then lifted off to provide eyes int he sky and await casualties. Four were quickly located and brought to the LZ for evacuation, while the second helo waited in a holding pattern for more. With the previous LZ coming under protracted hostile fire a new LZ was established closer to hte village and the final surving casualties loaded (one was sadly KIA). The squads medics were kept busy, and lots of defences were dug, but ultimately the attacks were defeated and it was time to RTB once more.
c) Finally the squad were tasked to an exploded river patrol boat. With heavy ground fire the lead helo had to circle several time sto find an LZ, leaving the squad with a hike along the river bank to reach the casualties. Eyes in the sky alerted those on the ground to the presence of guntrucks and fire was heavy across the river. Finding all eight crew took time, and the medical team worked wonders to keep the squad upright and fighting until all either were accounted for. The helos reported a possible LZ around 200m SE of the destroyed boat, and casualties were relayed there as quickly as possible, although not without the squad taking more fire from the opposing bank. With the first helo partially loaded and under heavy fire it took off before it was damaged too badly, and the second helo came in to colelct the rest. Under heavy fire the remaining casualties were loaded, and the squad jumped aboard just as Chelt foces crossed the river and attacked the LZ directly. Unfortunately two squad members were unable to fit in the helo, but by that point the first helo was on it's way back and everyone was successfully extracted.
