Commendations

Vaz
Whilst under heavy fire Vaz mounted a number of desperate defences of our perimeter positions, freeing up other personnel to treat wounded or co-ordinate artillery support vital to the defence of the whole base and the saving of numerous lives. Whilst under accurate fire Vaz climbed a tower multiple times trying to reach a casualty. Despite physics being unreliable and the ladder being hostile Vaz was able to recover casualty, deliver to medical personnel and then crew the injured personnel's position.

Co-ordinating extraction of casualties after leading successful assault on enemy tunnel complex overlooking river base. Then returning under fire to extract a final casualty.

Excellent leadership in a difficult position, kept the squad moving, up and fluid to allow for and call in artillery. Would follow this septic anywhere.

LCpl Jazz displayed extreme courage while under intense enermy fire, keeping a cool head to call in artillary fire onto hostile targets and single handedly save her vehicle convoy from entrenched enemy fire, allowing the medics to rescue the numerous wounded. Without her actions under fire it is certain that E-Company would have suffered significant loses in the ambush.
Later, at the support base, LCpl Jazz once again calmly called in multiple fire missions of artillery while hostile troops were targetting her and her radio. Undetered she completed her fire missions with aplomb, upholding the finest traditions of the Corp. Her loss, on an extreemly hazardous assualt, is a loss that the company will feel dearly, and one that makes the Corp poorer for her absence.
I commend LCpl Jazz to the highest level. She gave her life for E-Company in extreemly trying circumstances, after having kept her head and done her duty while under heavy fire, and with most of her commrades wounded or down. We all owe her a great debt that we can never repay.
