Successful leadership of a fireteam and defence of perimeter during sustained contact with mixed force of infantry and armour. Whilst heavily engaged Torpex withdrew her squad to the pick up point and effected an orderly withdrawal from the battlespace whilst under sustained fire using unfamiliar equipment and methods.

Due to Gib's timely intervention an ambush on trailing elements of the squad was reversed allowing for assets that would have been compromised to be used in the active withdrawal of the squad from the battlespace. Gib showed intense courage in assaulting and clearing multiple enemy compounds effecting the establishment of radio contact with friendly forces allowing for the successful extraction of the squad. Gib volunteered for numerous perilous assault tasks and, even when injured, continued to provide support and fire to the rest of his squad allowing for successful clearances on numerous enemy held objectives.

Coordination of extraction of squad using unfamiliar methods whilst in heavy contact. Kent brought about successful extraction whilst placing himself in the most perilous of positions. Kent behaved with the courage and dedication of the service in allowing for all active members of the squad to be extracted under sustained attack. Prior to this Kent led a number of assaults on enemy positions that allowed for the weekend extraction to proceed.

Managing multiple mas cas events with poise and control, directing personnel as necessary to maintain life, security and communications between command and squads without breaking a sweat.

Coordinating and defending aid station whilst under heavy contact. Supervising non-medical staff in the treatment of multiple casualties whilst still engaged with the enemy allowing for her squad to successfully complete it's aims and objectives.
