Road Clearance Patrol, LZ Savage to Camp Sarge
Mission: Drive to Camp Sarge fighting all the ambushes.
Initial patrol consisted of a 3 x M113 ACAV, medical M113 and Sheridan.
First engagement very close to base, learnt some lessons about how to deal with engagements.
2nd engagement might have had a body pit surrounded by mines
Close sneaky chelt shoot a bunch of people on guns in vics
Sheridan destroyed by a Chelt running up and placing a demo charge on it before getting shot by the attending medic.
New Tank (Patton)
Blue team went on a hike to find every punji trap in CheltNam. Butters won punji trap bingo, hitting all but one of them.
Gold assaulted through several towns
Fought up to a bridge
Past Bridge enemy had a Tank! (rude)
Drove slowly up hill to Camp Sarge
Home for tea and medals
Platoon drove from Savage to Sarge and shot at some people. Fuck tanks, they’re the worst. AAR ends.
