Secured HVT amid intense firefight and extracted key information allowing the second part of the operation to take place. Accurately called in a supply drop and acquired transport for the squad.

Successfully assaulted the primary objectives of both phases of the mission. Often under intense fire Dugout secured key positions and did not shoot the HVT. He later drew enemy fire in order for the rest of the squad to successfully neutralise an enemy AA position that was blocking their advance.

Early on the operation provided accurate suppression of an enemy position, allowing a snap assault to proceed with minimal casualties. Later wa ls instrumental in the neutralisation of enemy artillery and armoured assets defending the HVT.
