Stamina

Stamina is indicated by 5 bars at the top right of the screen. When full it’s very hard to see. As it drops it becomes more visible and changes colour.

At 3 bars it starts to become yellow.

By 1 1/2 bars it’s red and you won’t be able to run.

As stamina depletes, your weapon sway will become more pronounced, making it harder to aim. When you run out of stamina you’ll only be able to slow walk.

It can be recovered by resting. How you rest determines recovery speed; stop < crouch < go prone

Factors Affecting Stamina

  • Loadout weight (the heavier you are, the more your stamina will drop)
  • Stance (standing < crouching < prone)
  • Health (the more injured you are, the more your stamina is affected)
  • Hunger and Thirst (the hungrier or thirstier you are, the more your stamina goes down)
  • Sprinting uses more stamina than walking
  • Weapon position (weapon slung > weapon pointed down > weapon ready > weapon aimed)
