Commendations
Engaged enemy armour accurately and caused mobility damage rendering armoured assault of friendly positions untenable. Provided accurate suppression of enemy to allow extraction of several casualties. Took part in and initiated textbook ambush of motorised formation that allowed perimeter of airfield to be maintained.
Taking command of unit whilst being fresh into theatre. Came up with plan, organisation and executed plan despite dynamic, shifting situation against better equipped enemy forces.
Clear squad leadership. Goals and direction set out early on and explained to ensure it was clear what was expected and how to achieve it. Excellent at checking in with the squad throughout the mission. Displayed fine leadership potential, and would make an excellent choice for an assistant squad leadership role should one open up.
Took part in and initiated textbook ambush of motorised formation that allowed perimeter of airfield to be maintained. Rendered immediate medic aid to team-mates whilst under fire allowing for defensive position to be held without burdening stretched medical staff and for injured team mates to rejoin the defense in a timely manner allowing enfilading fire on an assault hitting another part of the defensive line, driving that assault off.
