Operation Digging Oblong

Foxhound Red are being sent in (oerr) to direct some airstrikes. The enemy targets are intermingled in a civilian area, and while we have established the military benefit sufficient under IHL to allow a strike, we are obliged to make efforts (for vital PR as well as IHL reasons) to minimise collateral damage.
